A. The Remote Scout 4G Cellular Outdoor Camera is a rugged portable, cellular-connected camera that enables your camera to remain connected to a network for real-time alerts and monitoring. It can be used for mobile monitoring or monitoring an area without its own internet access, like a vacation home, hotel or cabin.
Q. Camera will not power on?
A. Please check that the batteries are installed properly. One is marked positive (+), the other negative (-). You may also need to format the SD card, please click this link for instructions on how to format an SD card.
Q. What batteries are recommended?
A. It can work with alkaline and or high- quality NiMH rechargeable batteries. We recommend you use NiMH batteries for better performance on battery life.
Q. Where is my Phone number to Register the Device to my Trailcam Application?
A. Your Number will be located in the welcome email you receive after purchase.
Q. Will there be additional fees when using the application to send an alert to my email?
A. No, your data purchased will cover these services.
