Managing Your Subscription Billing

Updating your payment information for your device’s subscription is easy and secure when you visit my.brickhousesecurity.com. Here you can manage your payment method for any of your BrickHouse Security subscriptions.

To learn how to create an account and other frequently asked question, please review the options below:

 

To get started just select "First Time Here."

You will be directed to a page where you can set the password for your account. Enter the email address associated with your BrickHouse Security account and submit.

 

Check your email and follow the instructions to set the password for your account and log in.

Once logged in select "Add a Credit Card" under the Payments section on the homepage.

 

You will then see a prompt where you can enter your new credit card information. Select "Make this my default card" to use this payment method for your subscription service.

Please call our customer service team at 800-654-7966 (M - F: 9 am- 8 pm EST) if you need to make any changes to your current subscription plan.
