Using a pin or paperclip, press and hold the "Reset" button on the bottom side of the device for about 5 seconds and release. Power the device off and wait about 10 seconds before trying to power it back on again.

Check the micro SD card to see that it has been inserted properly. Disconnect and wait 30 seconds before reconnecting, or try a different USB port on the computer.
