Q. What is the B-Link Secure Cellular Outdoor Camera?

A. The B-Link Secure Cellular Outdoor Camera is a rugged portable, cellular-connected camera that enables your camera to remain connected to a Network for real-time alerts and monitoring. It can be used for mobile monitoring or monitoring an area without its own internet access, like a vacation home, hotel or cabin. This Outdoor Camera device operates using the AT&T cellular network.

Q.​ ​Camera​ ​will​ ​not​ ​power​ ​on?

A. Please check that the batteries are installed properly, One is marked positive​ (+), the other negative​ (-)

Q. What batteries are recommended?

It can work with alkaline and or high- quality NiMH rechargeable batteries. It is recommended to use lithium AA batteries.

Q.​ ​Where​ ​is​ ​my​ ​Phone​ ​number​ ​to​ ​Register​ ​the​ ​Device​ ​to​ ​my​ ​Trailcam​ ​Application?

A. Your Number will be located in the welcome email you receive after purchase.

Q. Will there be additional fees when using the application to send an alert to my email?

A.​ ​No, your data purchased will cover these services.

Q. PIR detection is constantly triggering?

A. Please be advised that if the sensitivity is set to High and there are animals or foliage, the camera will detect activity. Placing your setting to Low will prevent False alarms.

Q. The PIR detection is not triggering?

A. Make sure your camera is the PIR setting mode, camera PIR will not work if it is in Timer Mode.

Q.  Camera is not detecting a Network Signal?

A. Check that the SIM card is inserted all the way

1. Position your camera outdoors until a Network signal is detected, once it has detected a 3G network you may install it in your desired location.
2. Verify the Batteries have sufficient power
3. Make sure the Cameras Antenna is properly screwed on

A​. Make sure your email address is entered correctly and the camera has a Network signal
