What is the max size micro SD card this camera can record to?
You can use up to a 32GB micro SD card with this camera for extended storage.

How long does the battery last?  How long do I need to charge it for?
With a full charge, the battery should last you up to 2 hours of recording time before needing to be charged again.  To achieve a full charge, we suggest charging it for about 4-6 hours.  You can charge it either by USB on your PC or through the wall with a USB charger if you have one already (not included).

The camera seems frozen and will not accept any commands when pushing the button. How do I fix this?
If you pushed the button too many times too quickly, this can trip up the DVR and make it freeze.  You can push the reset button near the USB port inside of the hat.  Please see the diagram in the manual for where the button is.

How do I play the files back? My media player is giving me a "Missing Codec Error"?
We suggest that you try to use VLC Media Player to play the video files back.  You can easily download it for free online in only a few minutes.  Sometimes Windows Media Player and Quicktime cannot read the file type that this camera records in.
